Mason's time with us.
Mason has been a total trooper during this adventure. "so, what are we doing now mom?" is his usual question. he never complains, nor does he request, he just comes along. The nannies and babies in Lucy's orphanage adore him. Our facilitator, Linh, gets a kick out of him. We feel priviledged to be with him-and I think if we'd just stop reminding him to wash his hands and keep his fingers away from his face he wouldn't mind hanging with us either.

Dinner last night was traditional Vietnamese noodles, called PHO. They are good. a thin broth, with thick rice noodles and some meat, usually beef, served piping hot with several sprouts, scallions and bok choy or other leafy veggie to toss into the bowl. 4 different sauces are at the table to add sweet, sour or spice to the dish. Mason is so good at trying new things-and look at how he handles the chop sticks-he's a natural. Posted by Picasa
