6 hours and counting:

We'll be in the air in 6 hours, on our way to Lucy. It has been an absolutely surreal experience to get ready. So many things to tie up, and so concerned for our clan as we leave the kids behind. I appreciated a break today in attending church and finding peace and joy in the hope that we are children of a Loving God who desires our happiness and watches over all. The "tender mercies of the Lord" are ever present in our life right now, seeing His hand through out this adoption process and living in wonder of all He surely must do for this experience to be complete and for our family to be united at last, with our last little Lucy Duc home with us. I also very much appreciated dinner at my mom's house, and a visit from John's mom, the support of our family is incredible. Thanks to our family I know our kids will be safe and loved here while we're gone.

We'll write from Vietnam!
