Getting started

Test 1..2..3.. John has set up this blog as a way for us to stay in touch with our kids and family as we head over the ocean to bring our little one home. We've been on the roller coaster of adoption for 2 years now, and looking for Lucy in Vietnam for the last 12 months. After all the paperwork and waiting we were finally told to buy plane tickets and get outta dodge only to hear that our plans would be delayed (July 7 will live in infamy as the day we didn't go...) Now we wait eagerly for the delay to end, and for the chance to bring our babe home at last.

We'll try to keep things interesting as we wait and as we travel...with 5 little children at home and summer vacation well under way, life at our house is interesting minute to minute!
